Spring Boot Hystrix,Hystrix 是 Netflix 的一个库。Hystrix 隔离服务之间的访问点，停止它们之间的级联故障并提供回退选项。

首先，我们需要在构建配置文件中添加 Spring Cloud Starter Hystrix 依赖项。
